Discipline is a lifestyle based on the correction aimed at achieving a positive goal. The punishment is a sentence for violating the law. For example, an offender who is sentenced to prison is being punished for his crime. The athlete who seeks a record leads a disciplined life and make sacrifices to train and achieve their goals.
